HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HAIR?
DO NOT SLEEP WITH YOUR HAIR WET!! Detangle with your fingers and put in atleast 2 braids or twist, before putting a silk scarf and/or bonnet on your head.
Shampoo at least once every 2 weeks using a good quality sulfate-free shampoo.
Do not massage the hair, rub your fingers through instead.
Apply a moisturizing conditioner and comb hair with paddle brush, starting with the ends working your way up to the weft...
Apply light oil.
Style as you please, or skip to the next step.
Let air-dry. You may dry bundles flat or on a hanger as well.
DO NOT OVER SHAMPOO!
Over shampooing the hair can strip the hair of its moisture. Always use WARM to COOL water, as hot water will overexpose the cuticle of the hair. We recommend to co-wash hair (conditioner only), and deep conditioning as much as possible. It is a key task in extending the life of your hair and keeping it healthy.
CAN I COLOR MY HAIR?
YES, but we recommend getting it done by a professional or at least consulting with one. Anytime you are chemically altering hair there is the possibility for damage. Our virgin hair extensions can handle a coloring process very well, but please be cautious and treat as if it were your own natural hair. Once the hair is chemically-altered incorrectly, the cuticle can become damaged and overexposed, causing fraying, breakage, dryness, and tangling. This in turn will affect the overall look and feel of your hair. Chemical damage has no reverse button, and we will not be held liable for any damages.
CAN I USE HEAT TOOLS ON MY HAIR?
YES, our hair can be styled like your own natural hair. You are able to use a thermal (hot) tool to straighten, curl, crimp, etc. Keep in mind the hair does not have all the nutrients that your natural growing hair does any heat damage can cause breakage and dryness. Therefore, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you use a heat-protecting product, always co-wash your hair, and protect it during sleep hours.

When ordering please ensure correct address. Boss'N Up Beauty will apply a $12.00 fee for undeliverable orders and corrections to shipping addressed caused by customer error.
We at Boss'N Up Beauty strive to give you great quality products for an affordable price. We want you to fall in love with our hair and customer service. Returns are only accepted in exchange for store credit, once item is received by Boss'N Up Beauty. All exchange credit will be of final purchase price from your original invoice within 7 days of purchase. Shipping fees are nonrefundable, so you would need to pay for return shipping or return the package to sender.
All sales are final. For exchanges the product must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, tags must be still be attached, packaged, and in new condition for exchange credit to be validated. You will receive an invoice via email and also a copy of the invoice located in the purchase package. We will need the invoice inside the packaging before we issue an exchange credit.
Exchanges will only be processed 1 time per order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will forward you exchange instructions. Discounted items are not eligible for exchanges or returns. All sales are final.
We recommend that you send your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back your product you are returning.
Exchange credit will be processed between 2-5 business days. If you already know what item you would like to exchange for we recommend that you advise us prior to sending back your item to help make sure your customer experience a faster easier process. That way we will process your exchange and new order all at once.

We will actively fight fraudulent credit card transactions. There are times when we may have to contact you and verify your identity to verify this transaction is legitimate. Boss'N Up Beauty will process orders between 2-3 business days. If you decide to cancel your order and it was already shipped out, we will gladly process your refund request for your order with proof of cancellation attempt within 48 hours of ordering. We will have to have the product back in our possession before any refund process is complete. Purchases must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and all tags must be attached, packaged, and seal-able condition for refund. We will need you to send your original invoice in your order back. We will not refund without original invoice, or printed invoice from order confirmation. You will receive an invoice via email and also an invoice located in the purchase package. Original invoice and original packaging must both be in our possession before we issue a refund for canceled orders.
